Breathe Easy: mindful breathing made simple

Breathe Easy Session – 60 minutes – $100.00 (in office or via skype)

This session is a perfect way to begin your exploration of mindful breathing in a personalized way that is custom tailored to your unique presentation, desires and goals!  It is also an excellent choice for the experienced mindful breathing practitioner looking for some fresh new insights and techniques to add to their practice.  In these one-on-one sessions, we may explore principles of mindful breathing, ways of accessing the breath in different areas of the body, identifying habitual limiting breath patterns, experimenting with different rates and patterns of breathing, learning ways to create more fluidity and movement in the ribcage and the muscles of respiration, and many other interesting topics depending on your level of experience and interest.

 

The Year of the Breath – (1) 60 minute session/month for 12 months – $1200.00 (in office or via skype)

This program is ideal for the person who is looking to make a strong commitment to their breathing practice and is looking for accountability, ongoing support and the depth and breadth of a year of intentional immersion.  In these one-on-one sessions, we will explore principles of mindful breathing, ways of accessing the breath in different areas of the body, identifying habitual limiting breath patterns, experimenting with different rates and patterns of breathing, learning ways to create more fluidity and movement in the ribcage and the muscles of respiration, and many other interesting topics in a sequential and comprehensive way.  Each month will include an assigned breath practice or focus for you to work and play with until the next session.  This program includes a signed copy of Breathe Easy: mindful breathing made simple and a CD with a 15 minute guided breath practice (and a bonus guided relaxation track) as my gift to you!
